5 Embodied Ways to Heal Your Sacral Chakra
Your solar plexus chakra is your middle masculine chakra, located just below where your ribs part. It’s yellow and it’s element is fire. It’s related to focus, action, confidence, clarity, courage and decision-making (as well as digestion).
It’s basically the warrior chakra, so it really is all about embodiment.
Before you work on your solar plexus, though, take this chakra test to assess your chakras. You may not need to boost yours.
The irony about chakra work is that when a particular chakra is weak, you usually NEED that chakra’s energy to open that chakra. It’s a Catch 22 — like when you need a resume to get a job, but you need a job (or jobs) to create a resume.
This principle seems particularly true for the solar plexus chakra, because you need to take courageous action to boost the solar plexus chakra, but you really need solar plexus energy to be brave enough to take that action.
