A few years ago, I created a video series showing the signs that your chakras are weak. That series has garnered nearly a quarter million combined youtube views to date. So it’s surprising it has taken me so long to create its opposite — a video series on signs that your chakras are “overactive.”
Are you wondering what took me so long?
Here’s why I hesitated…
I believe in boosting the chakras (I guess that’s pretty obvious, given that I named my business Chakra Boosters).
So I’ve been cautious, because I don’t want you to think you need to reduce an “overactive” chakra.
You don’t.
What I actually recommend with overactive chakras is to BOOST the neighboring chakras. These adjacent chakras express oppositional energies that can balance out the overactive chakra without reducing its potency.
The root has no “neighboring” chakra below it, so with the root chakra, you want to boost your sacral and crown chakras (it’s most contrasting chakras).

Please remember, if ALL of your chakras are labeled “overactive” on a written test like this one, you probably won’t be experiencing any negative symptoms.
Why?
Because your chakras are divinely designed to balance each other out. If they’re ALL overactive, then none of them will present the symptoms of being overactive. Because again, they’re basically balancing each other out.
You’ll just be super strong energetically. Which is what we all want and need in this energy age.
