If you’re a spiritually-oriented person (and odds are that you are if you’re reading this), then there’s a really good chance you have an overactive heart chakra.
Why?
Because spiritual people really do want to embody the main qualities of the heart chakra such as kindness, compassion and peace.
And because many spiritual teachings make the ego/solar plexus chakra energy (that helps to balance the heart) something that should be avoided.
In fact, the opposite is true. If you want to expand your heart chakra energy, you should consciously develop your solar plexus chakra. Because the heart and solar plexus are a great pair. They beautifully balance each other out.
The heart chakra focuses on connecting with others and taking care of them, whereas the solar plexus chakra focuses on being independent and taking care of self.
Obviously, we all need both.
In this week’s video, we look at 8 common signs that your heart chakra is overactive.
If you find that you fit four or more of the signs I mention, your heart chakra is likely overactive. But please don’t assume you want to reduce your overactive heart chakra energy. It takes a LOT to have an open, loving, heart these days, so you want to keep all that beautiful heart yumminess.
Instead, focus on boosting the neighboring masculine chakras (solar plexus and throat) that give the heart the strong, counter-balancing energy it needs.
