Libra energy leads us into October and that means it’s a great time to focus on your heart chakra. And not just the lovey-dovey parts of your heart chakra, but its amazing penchant for equanimity and fairness as well.
Here are the moon phases to be aware of:
Libra New Moon on September 28 at 11:27 am Pacific which will lead us into October with an emphasis on heart chakra energy. Set your highest intentions on relationships, fairness and balance.
Aries Full Moon on October 13 at 2:10 pm Pacific which will culminate a period of two weeks to six months (or even longer) of action on a specific intention. Check in with it at this time and course correct.
Also, be aware that Aries is the God of War. Be mindful of not falling into unconscious anger or irritation mid-month.
Scorpio New Moon on October 27 at 8:40 pm Pacific which will usher in the Halloween and Day of the Dead energies where we celebrate death as the beginning of rebirth.
Sometimes, as a squishy Pisces fishy I can get a little frightened of the powerful, dark, root/sacral chakra energy of Scorpio. But this month, my guides showed it to me as a playful, potent energy for creativity and growth.
So don that costume or mask, take on another identity and play with secrecy, identity and sensuality in a whole new way!
Also, I’m starting a new practice with this video — drawing Goddess cards — because I adore them. This time around, I drew two very complementary cards to inform our month. I share one at the beginning and one at the end. Watch and discover which Goddesses can guide you well for October.
